Fate of Two Worlds: The Unboxing

After a year of waiting, Marvel vs Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds finally hit store shelves today. Being it's on my list of anticipated titles for the year you bet your butt I was gonna be picking it up today. The package from Amazon was sitting on my doorstep when I got home from work and now it safely resides in my console; the disc that is. I'll have some quick impressions of the game play tomorrow but for now, enjoy a few snapshots of the package that arrived from in the mail.

The special edition slipcover is pretty swanky. If you can't see, the characters are etched into it.

Right: The front cover of the steel book casing for the game

Obligatory open case shot of the disc and manual.

The back cover of the steel book.

So there you have it, Marvel vs Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds Special Edition. Nice goodies for the fans especially the accompanied comic with all the promo art work and even a few pages of fan submitted art. The special edition even comes with a free month of Marvel Digital Comics and codes for the two DLC characters, Jill Valentine and Shuma-Gorath.
